for the selection of experts for the development of digital curricula and the development and implementation of digital educational content under project BG05M2OP001-2.016-0005 "Modernization of South-West University "Neofit Rilski" - Blagoevgrad, National Military University "Vasil Levski" - Veliko Tarnovo and Sofia University "St. Kliment Ohridski" - Sofia, in professional fields 5.3 Communication and computer technology, 4.4 Earth sciences and 3.7 Administration and management"

 

             

Dear colleagues,

A project is being implemented at South-West University "Neofit Rilski" financed under the operational program "Science and education for intelligent growth", procedure BG05M2OP001-2.016-0005 "Modernization of the South-West University "Neofit Rilski" - Blagoevgrad, National Military University "Vasil Levski" - Veliko Tarnovo and Sofia University "St. Kliment Ohridski" - Sofia, in professional fields 5.3 Communication and computer technology, 4.4 Earth sciences and 3.7 Administration and management".

In connection with the start of work on Activity 2 "DEVELOPMENT AND IMPLEMENTATION OF PROGRAMS WITH DIGITAL EDUCATIONAL CONTENT, FOR DISTANCE EDUCATION INCL." and Activity 3 "DEVELOPMENT AND IMPLEMENTATION OF DIGITAL EDUCATIONAL CONTENT, ELECTRONIC RESOURCES AND CLOUD TECHNOLOGIES IN THE EDUCATIONAL PROCESS (1.4. AND 1.5.)" under project BG05M2OP001-2.016-0005, we invite specialists and teachers from practice for the development of digital curricula, in the implementation of Activity 2 and for the development and implementation of digital educational content, in the implementation of Activity 3. For the implementation of Activity 2, 12 vacant positions have been announced. 15 vacant positions have been announced for the implementation of Activity 3.

The colleagues who are interested in these positions and would like to participate as experts in the development of digital curricula, in the implementation of Activity 2 and in the development and implementation of digital educational content, in the implementation of Activity 3 under the project BG05M2OP001-2.016-0005 "Modernization of South-West University "Neofit Rilski" -  Blagoevgrad, National Military University "Vasil Levski" - Veliko Tarnovo and Sofia University "St. Kliment Ohridski" - Sofia, in professional fields 5.3 Communication and computer technology, 4.4 Earth sciences and 3.7 Administration and management" are required to submit the following documents:

  1. Application addressed to the Rector of the South-West University "Neofit Rilski" for participation in the competition according to the project model (available on the web page of South-West University "Neofit Rilski");
  2. A brief summary of your qualifications and experience (a sample is published on the South-West University "Neofit Rilski" web page) including:

2.1 Academic and teaching experience - description of teaching disciplines and duration of teaching in professional field 5.3 Communication and computer technology, 4.4 Earth sciences or 3.7 Administration and management

A minimum requirement - more than 7 years of experience (including doctoral studies);

2.2. Experience in curriculum development (author and co-author) - indicate the number and name of developed curricula.

2.3 Scientific interests and scientific research experience in the field of information and communication technologies, еarth sciences or social and economic sciences (aimed at administration and management) - indicate the number of scientific publications and participation in scientific research projects. A complete list of publications and projects must be attached.

A minimum requirement: two publications indexed in Scopus and/or Web of Science databases;

2.4 Excellent knowledge of the regulations related to the development and implementation of curricula;

  • High level of digital literacy.

  2. Copy of documents for acquired educational degrees and additional professional qualification (specialization)

A minimum requirement – ​​acquired educational and scientific degree "doctor" in Higher Education Area Technical Sciences or in Higher Education Area Natural Sciences, Mathematics and Informatics or in the area social and economic sciences;

  1. Fluency in English.
  2. A copy of official documents certifying the length of professional experience (employment record; insurance record, etc.).

            All applications will be considered by a committee: Prof. Ivanka Stankova - Vice-Rector for Research and Doctoral Development, Prof. Petar Milanov - Head of the Scientific Projects Department and Prof. Snezhina Andonova - Dean of the Faculty of Engineering. Candidates with higher indicators according to the individual criteria will have priority in the selection process. Approved applicants will be invited to become acquianted with their obligations under the project in detail and to conclude a contract.
